Translates strategy into award winning design: 18+ years experience on the interface of Industrial Design and Design Strategy for leading companies in the US and Europe. Formed part of the core design team for the 787 Dreamliner while working for Teague/Boeing. Specializes in helping clients to create delightful customer journeys that add value to the user experience as well as the business. As Insights & Strategy Director Juliane has lead user centered projects for several clients in the banking, telco, health and airline sectors, among others.
