About Dirk
Dirk Dobiéy is founder of Age of Artists, an organisation that contributes to solving wicked (“unsolvable”) problems by providing methods, tools and approaches that can be used when addressing complex situations and driving social change.
Dirk is Teacher, Coach and Author with over 20 years of professional background in various national and global functions and more than 12 years of international management experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Telecommunication and Information Technology. Dirk worked for SAP, T-Systems and Hewlett Packard in different consulting and management roles. Dirk is visiting lecturer at the University of Bayreuth where he teaches transformation management, and at the European university Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder where he teaches knowledge and information management.
Dirk is member of various professional and coaching networks such as the Art & Economy Community, the Knowledge Research Center Dresden, and the X-Company Network Stuttgart. He is passionate about knowledge work and constantly seeks for innovation, inspiration and beauty in art to improve how work is done in professional organizations.
