We will present the journey of reinventing Trivento, a Dutch services company. The company wanted to become more innovative and a thought leader in its market. Going back to its authentic roots, the company went through zeven design challenges in four years. Sometimes struggling and introspective, at other times picking up momentum and flourishing.
We designed and implemented an intrapreneurial culture, organised multidisciplinary teams in which professionals excel and adopted an incubator model for starting up new teams. We introduced and created several tools, including a handbook for our “intrapreneurs”. We created a new identity, personas and propositions. We developed the content marketing strategy for inspiring those personas, and implemented it using the online and physical intrapreneur.nl experience.
We present our lessons and our process and deliverables on using intrapreneurship to grow a digital services company that embraces change.
