About Nuria
Nuria has been a Livework lead service designer for the last three years working with international organisations across different sectors including manufacturing, media, telecommunications and transport; such as BBC, Bio-Rad, Ministry of Transport in Thailand, Telefonica and Transport for London. Nuria has experienced different levels of service consultancy from customer strategy, service vision, service proposition and business modeling. Likewise, Nuria has participated in a variety of projects embedding the service design approach to help internal teams improve their own services everyday.
