As Deputy Chief Technical officer / Vice President of Innovation for Faurecia, Huber is responsible for bringing new ideas to market and for identifying key partnership opportunities through open innovation models across a global network called xWorks. Faurecia xWorks is a cross-functional product & business incubator focusing on strategic innovation. Its primary focus is to develop an advantaged portfolio of consumer-driven product solutions for the automotive market sector. In 2012 Faurecia was awarded the PDMA Outstanding Corporate Innovator award.

Prior to joining Faurecia in 2006, Huber was Executive Director of Design for Johnson Controls where he led the Design and Advanced Product Development Groups. Also, Huber worked for Thomson Consumer Electronics and was responsible for the complete re-design of the RCA brand of consumer products.

He started his career as a Designer for Chrysler Corporation, designing advance concepts including the Plymouth Speedster show vehicle which debuted at the Detroit Auto Show in 1988. Huber also led the design of the interiors for the Dodge Intrepid, Eagle Vision and Chrysler Concord, which debut in 1993. These vehicles were highly successful in the marketplace, and earned numerous awards including the IDSA Gold award.

Huber holds a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati.
